98th Infantry Division (Wehrmacht):
The 98th Infantry Division (German: 98 Wehrmacht) was created on 18 September 1939 in Grafenwöhr. It was destroyed on the Crimea in May 1944 and reformed on 5 June 1944.

The jerrycan is known as Wehrmacht-Einheitskanister (Wehrmachtkanister) in Germany and this is the original jerry can design type used to be copied by all the rest of the world since the WWII.
